The report will be based upon defining an area of innovation to address a current issue or improvement within an airline business using approaches and appraisal/ auditing models of the aviation environment; with evaluation of models and theories used fully addressed.
Planning of change strategy to be employed and reasoned recommendations in design, implementation of choices and management of change to be detailed based on decisions made.
