Identify a company you would like to use for the assignment. You will complete a comprehensive marketing plan, which will include a current analysis of their current market situation. In other words, is the market growing? Who is the dominant player in the marketplace?
The marketing plan must include an executive summary and a situational analysis. Within your situational analysis include market summary, competitor analysis, keys to success, pricing, critical issues and market strategies.
Think about the following questions:

What are your factory cost targets?
What is your profit target?
The executive summary of the marketing plan should summarize the plan by summarizing the size ans scope of the opportunity and reiterating the STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning) element of the plan. This section should be no longer than one page.
