This Case study should show the understanding of the strategic operations and quality management course. The case study consists of 4 tasks which should be answered in the according order. There should be at least 20 references in Harvard referencing style. This also includes in-text citations with page numbers as well as a reference list in the end (in alphabetical oder). The references should be books or academic articles.
